Hippo & Friends type 1 diabetes foundation supports fundamental scientific research on the cause of type 1 diabetes, but also on new medicines or treatments to prevent and cure the disease. This non-profit organization works hard to raise T1D awareness, because there are still too many stigmas and misunderstandings about type one diabetes.
