INNODIA PI The Prof. Decio Eizirik after receiving the 2023 George Eisenbarth Memorial Award at the annual nPOD conference, the Network for pancreatic organ donors with diabetes. This is one of the one of the most prestigious awards for researchers working to discover the causes of the disease and new therapies for type 1 diabetes.
